Jess is a principal lawyer at Lamplugh McIntosh Lawyers with significant experience in general commercial matters, corporate matters and estate matters. Jess has led a number of high-value business acquisitions and has acted for both vendors and purchasers and for businesses of various sizes, as well as individuals. She frequently provides advice and prepares Wills and other estate documents and is able to help clients navigate the area in a clear and informative manner. Jess has significant experience in applications to the Supreme Court for grants of probate and letters of administration, doing so in such a way that eases the burden on the client and helps them to clearly understand the process. Jess has a calm and measured demeanour and makes sure to tailor her advice to the needs of her clients and in a way that is easy to understand.  Jess has a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction (majoring in Accounting) and is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria.
