Gabrielle Murphy
Gabrielle is a principal lawyer at Lamplugh McIntosh Lawyers and has a broad range of experience in different areas of law. Gab has extensive employment law experience and assists both employers and employees with contracts, Fair Work Commission claims, workplace investigations and various workplace and human resources matters. Gab is regularly involved in conveyancing and property matters, and enjoys making a complex and often unfamiliar legal process straightforward and easy to follow for both purchasers and vendors. In addition, Gab frequently assists clients with intellectual property matters (including applying for Australian and international trade marks), drafting and reviewing services agreements and advising both start up and established businesses on set up, risk mitigation, contracts and disputes.
